For setting up correct sales processes we took advisory services from Siddharth (GO PUSH) and recently he delivered a well thought of and detailed methodology for us.
The entire exercise took over a month and he was super detailed in all aspects. The first two weeks went into probing questions by Siddharth in order for him to understand our product, market, aspirations, limitations and all such aspects. And, then at last – he presented his recommended system.
Each and every point had a WHY (the purpose) to do so, followed by the HOW (method), the WHO (team allocation) and the WHEN (timing, milestones). All of those were addressed with saintly patience and elegant examples. We feel fully equipped to implement the practical and detailed sales system given to us by Siddharth and achieve the targets established therein.
